This starter policy describes the intended FORME data flows and must be reviewed by Pakistan counsel before launch.

What we collect

We collect contact details, delivery information, order details, artwork metadata, and customer support messages needed to provide printing services. An uploaded photo is used for an AI appearance preview only when you actively consent.

Storage and retention

Production artwork is stored in private object storage and scanned before use. Order and audit records are retained for accounting, fulfilment, support, and legal obligations. Retention periods, deletion requests, and the final processor list must be set by the company.

Your choices

Contact the FORME team to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional AI-photo consent, subject to records we must retain for an order.
