Payment policy

FORME accepts bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and debit or credit card payments when the corresponding merchant configuration is active. Cash on delivery is not offered.

Confirmation

Bank and wallet transfers remain awaiting payment until the reference and receipt are reconciled. Card and hosted wallet payments are confirmed by the configured local gateway webhook.

Refunds

Approved refunds are recorded against the order and returned through the original payment route where the merchant and provider support it. Timelines depend on the payment provider and the final FORME refund policy.
